BOOKING CONDITIONS
- On booking there is a non-refundable deposit of 40%, it is advised that you take out travel insurance to protect you in the event of unavoidable cancellation.
- The balance of the payment is due no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival.
- For Single Sex parties of four or more, please contact us for further details.
CANCELLATION
- Between 4 and 8 weeks prior to arrival 50% REFUND
- Between the day of arrival and 4 weeks NO REFUND
Normally apartments are not available before 2.00pm on the day of arrival, to allow cleaning to be completed.
Normally on the day of departure, you are requested to vacate your Apartment by 10.00am. If you have a late or overnight flight, it may be possible to rent an Apartment for the day. It is stressed that this is subject to availability.
It is a condition of the booking that you abide by the regulations of the complex for the safety and comfort of all the guests, thank you.
